How to make spicy chillies mirchi

On a relaxed day when I dont want to spend time cooking, i would love steaming rice, dal and spicy mirchi. Spicy mirchi can be made and stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. Spicy mirchi chillies can be served with rice, paratha. It enhances your meal.

  • Green chillies (हिरव्या मिरच्या)
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder (धणे पूड)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder (जिरे पूड)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder (लाल तिखट)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (हळद)
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
  • 1/4 tsp dry mango powder (आमचूर पावडर)
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (हिंग)
  • Salt (नमक)
  • 1-2 tbsp Oil (तेल))



Adjust the spices as per taste.
If geen chillies are spicy then add less red chilli powder and if chillies are less spicy then add more red chilli powder. 
This can stored in an airtight container for 5-6 days.
