mango sandan is healthy cake made with rice or idli rawa, jaggery, coconut and mango pulp. It is steamed and can be served with sweet coconut milk.You can use fresh mango pulp or frozen mango pulp. Usually rice is cleaned, rinsed and dried under the fan and made into coarse powder. You can use idli rawa.
